1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PeaceChat (“the App”), founded by Rishabh Jain, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PeaceChat is India’s first Relationship & Emotional Support App. It connects users with empathetic listeners, dating coaches, relationship experts, influencers and even celebrities for private one-to-one chat and call sessions.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PeaceChat. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Listener Conduct

All listeners on PeaceChat go through a screening and onboarding process before joining the platform. Listeners are not licensed therapists or mental health professionals unless explicitly stated. Sessions are for emotional support and relationship guidance only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward any listener or user
• Sharing personal contact information to bypass the platform
• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Impersonating another person or entity

6. Payments & Refunds

Session fees are charged at session-based pricing as displayed in the App. All payments are processed securely. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@peacechat.in for refund queries.

7. Limitation of Liability

PeaceChat provides emotional support services and is not liable for any decisions made based on conversations with listeners. For mental health emergencies, please contact a licensed professional.
